Note taking and personal information organizer with hierarchies

Trilium Notes is a hierarchical note taking application with focus on building large personal knowledge bases.

Trilium Notes offers numerous functions with which you can create an extensive knowledge database or record quick to-dos. All notes can be sorted into any number of subfolders.

If you have a lot on your mind and want to capture ideas, Trilium Notes will help you to organize all tasks. In the free tool, you can create as many notes as you like and link them to each other in a kind of mind map. In this way, connections between the digital post-its are visualized.

Various elements can be placed in the notes: you tick off completed to-dos with checkboxes, you use tables to create timetables or calendars – even creating picture galleries is no problem.

After starting Trilium Notes for the first time, you will find all features as a preview in the demo folder; this can be helpful for learning how the entire system works.
